Description

You will own Workday HCM setup and integrations with a focus on Payroll.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design, configure, test, and implement HCM solutions.
• Support Workday modules including Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
• Configure Workday payroll software, workflows, and business rules.
• Provide support for Workday Core and Advanced Compensation domains.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in the Human Capital domain.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday Payroll implementation or support.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM setup and integrations.
• Proficiency in Workday Core and Advanced Compensation.
• Experience with Workday payroll software configuration.
• Proven track record as a Payroll Workday Consultant or equivalent.
