Description

Technical individual contributor within the HR System & Technology team, focusing on Workday implementation and support.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical point of contact for Core HR and Organizational Management modules.
  • Assist subject matter experts in defining data integrity processes, audits, and system functionality testing.
  • Research and resolve system problems related to process flaws or unexpected results.
  • Recommend solutions or alternative methods to meet business requirements during and after implementation.
  • Support the department through quality assurance testing, functional system maintenance, and system enhancements.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in HR systems or related technical roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Core HR.
  • Proficiency in Workday Organizational Management.
  • Experience with HR system configuration and design.
  • Ability to manage data integrity audits and functional testing.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving system process flaws.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
