You will act as the Workday Subject Matter Expert for HCM core systems, managing configurations and resolving stakeholder requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Workday HCM core system modules.
• Execute business process configurations based on user requirements.
• Field and resolve configuration requests from stakeholders.
• Handle reporting requirements within the HR department.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HCM or related roles.
• Deep knowledge of HCM core systems.
• Workday SME expertise.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes.
• Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton, FL.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
