Description

You will serve as a Workday subject matter expert focusing on HCM core systems and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure various Workday HCM modules and business processes.
• Field technical questions from stakeholders to implement system changes and configurations.
• Support users of the Workday Human Capital Management system.
• Report directly to the HRIS Manager within the HR department.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Workday SME expertise with a focus on HCM core systems.
• Proven experience in core HCM configurations and reporting.
• Direct experience supporting Workday HCM users.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.

Preferred Skills

• Workday HCM Certification.
