Description

Manage and configure Workday HCM core systems as a subject matter expert for the HR department.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules and complex business processes.
• Own core HCM configurations and reporting requirements.
• Field technical questions and implement requested system changes for users.
• Provide direct system support to HR end-users.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) with a focus on Workday.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM core system configurations.
• Proven ability to manage and update complex business processes.
• Strong background in HCM reporting.
• Experience providing direct system support to HR users.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and training.

Preferred Skills

• Workday HCM Certification.
