You will manage and support HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and technical efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all functional areas of HRIS systems.
  • Provide technical support and resolve system issues.
  • Prioritize competing tasks and respond to urgent business needs.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving methods to HR data and system processes.
  • Communicate technical requirements and system updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of HRIS experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong technical support and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to manage and lead system-related projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Current Workday certification.
