Description

You will own the stability, configuration, and technical support of Workday HRIS systems.

You will provide Level 2/3 support, resolving complex issues in Workday HCM, including integration failures and configuration defects. You will analyze recurring problems to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions. You will manage core Workday configurations across HCM Core, Compensation, Absence, and Benefits modules. You will support the bi-annual release cycle through planning, testing, and deployment. You will develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for system solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical support or configuration role with Workday HCM.
• Expertise in Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, and business process configuration.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge across Workday modules: HCM Core, Benefits, Absence, and Compensation.
• Experience administering Workday security configuration.
• Familiarity with technical support and system maintenance processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with bi-annual Workday release planning and deployment.
• Background in analyzing recurring system problems to implement lasting solutions.
