Description

Build and maintain Workday integrations, including Studio implementations and connections with payroll, benefits, and background verification vendors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrations using Web Services, XML, XSLT, and SOAP.
• Design and implement solutions within Workday HCM, PeopleSoft HRMS, or SAP HCM.
• Document requirements and provide feedback on process design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management to ensure project success.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience building Workday Integrations, including Studio.
• Strong proficiency in Web Services, XML, XSLT, and SOAP.
• Experience with Java for integration development.
• Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday HCM, PeopleSoft HRMS, or SAP HCM.
• Ability to write clear requirements documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Workday certification in Integrations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
