Description

You will architect end-to-end Workday integration solutions for high-volume document extraction and migration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of scalable frameworks to export worker documents, attachments, and metadata from Workday.
• Define integration patterns using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Design and implement document migration strategies ensuring completeness, traceability, and auditability.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and downstream system teams to map document structures and metadata requirements.
• Optimize performance for bulk data and document exports across large Workday tenants.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of enterprise integration experience, with 4+ years focused on Workday integrations.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs (SOAP/REST).
• Proven experience architecting solutions to export large document volumes from Workday.
• Experience designing document extraction frameworks including attachment retrieval and metadata mapping.
• Strong understanding of the Workday data model, business objects, and security domains.
• Experience integrating Workday with platforms like InfoR, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, or ECM systems.
• Knowledge of secure file transfer methods (SFTP, APIs, middleware).
• Experience working in large-scale data migration or system transformation programs.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience supporting Workday-to-InfoR or Workday-to-ERP migration.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as Mulesoft, Boomi, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
• Familiarity with cloud storage platforms like AWS S3 or Azure Blob.
