Description

Design, develop, and deploy complex Workday integrations to support a major Oracle-to-Workday migration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Develop hybrid integration scenarios using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to gather requirements and ensure seamless external system integration.
• Troubleshoot integration issues to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-deployment support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, and Finance modules.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Strong proficiency in Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Experience with Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management.
• Solid understanding of data transformation, mapping, and security protocols (OAuth, SAML).
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise migrations from Oracle to Workday.
• Experience with third-party vendor collaboration in integration projects.
