Description

You will lead Workday integration initiatives, designing and maintaining complex data flows between Workday and third-party systems. You own the full lifecycle of integration solutions, from architecture to deployment and security.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build integrations using Workday Studio, PECI/PiCOF connectors, and standard web services.
• Implement security protocols including OAuth 2.0, OpenPGP, and x509 to ensure secure data exchange.
• Transform data structures using XSLT, JSON, and XML within the integration layer.
• Manage integration testing and deployment using tools like Postman, SOAP UI, and Jira.
• Collaborate with payroll and benefits vendors such as SDWorx and ADP to resolve integration issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Workday, specifically as an Integrations Lead.
• Deep proficiency in Workday Studio and PECI/PiCOF connectors.
• Strong command of XSLT, JSON, XML, and web services standards.
• Experience with integration security protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenPGP, and x509.
• Programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Proficiency with testing tools like Postman or SOAP UI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with SDWorx, ADP, or similar payroll vendors.
• Familiarity with Workday Extend, BIRT reporting, or US/UK/CAN payroll modules.
• Knowledge of GPCP or other payroll technologies.
