Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, implement, and maintain Workday integrations. Build and support inbound and outbound integrations using Workday technologies.
Develop integrations using: Workday Studio Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Core Connectors Cloud Connect Workday Web Services (WWS) REST/SOAP APIs Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting.
Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
Utilize Java for integration development, custom utilities, and automation.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams to deliver integration solutions. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities. Provide production support and resolve integration-related issues.
Ensure adherence to Workday best practices and security standards.
Strong experience in Workday Integration development. Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs. Strong SQL development and database knowledge. Proficiency in Java programming.
Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, and data transformation techniques.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills Experience in Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Finance modules.
Knowledge of middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Workday certification is a plus.
Educational Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Mandatory Requirements Workday Integration Experience.
Strong SQL and Java skills. Ability to clear a Karat Technical Assessment
