Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations across HR, Finance, and enterprise systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy integration solutions and enhancements.
• Provide Level 3 production support, troubleshooting incidents and ensuring closure within SLAs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for integration issues.
• Support ETL solution engineering, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams on Workday initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations and API development.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio for integration development.
• Strong proficiency in writing XSLT scripts (XSLT 2.0 / 3.0).
• Experience integrating systems using SOAP or REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of PECI, WECI, PICOF, and Workday Core Connectors.
• Understanding of payroll data, including US and Global Payroll support.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Functional knowledge of HR and Finance business processes.
