Description

Design, develop, and deploy Workday integrations using EIBs, Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs. Manage complex inbound and outbound data flows for Payroll, HR, and Finance. Monitor integration health, troubleshoot errors, and implement security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build complex integrations involving Payroll, HR, and Finance data using EIBs, Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Develop Workday reports and analytics to support integration processes and data validation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration errors using Integration Event Logs, Integration Monitor, and Studio logs.
• Implement security best practices, including Integration System Users (ISUs) and domain-level security.
• Handle large data volume integrations using batching, pagination, and incremental load strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations.
• Expertise in EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Strong understanding of Workday SOAP/REST APIs and web services.
• Experience with Financials, Payroll, HCM, and Reporting modules.
• Knowledge of Workday security model, including ISU setup and domain security.
• Ability to handle large data volumes and implement complex integration logic.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for technical specifications and runbooks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with business teams and third-party vendors for data exchange.
• Any Graduate degree.
