Description

You build and maintain Workday integrations across ERP and SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Extend, Workday Studio, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
  • Build and support inbound and outbound integrations, including payroll and vendor interfaces like PECI and PICOF.
  • Create and support Document Transformations (DT) and execute SOAP UI testing.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and reusable integration frameworks.
  • Provide technical leadership on Workday integration architecture and guide requirements gathering with stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday Integrations experience.
  • 4+ years working with EIB, Web Services (SOAP/REST/XML), XSLT, and XPath.
  • Strong expertise in Workday HCM modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
  • Proficiency in Workday Studio (Eclipse platform) for development.
  • Experience with ERP & SaaS integrations and payroll interfaces.
  • Skills in XML, XSLT, XPath, and SOAP/REST.
  • Experience with Security Administration & Business Process Configuration.
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.
