Description

You will manage and execute Workday integration projects end-to-end, owning the lifecycle from design to delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Craft and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Partner with customers to understand business strategies, challenges, and goals.
• Lead project execution in complex environments, managing stakeholders and driving consensus.
• Manage pre-sales activities and project delivery with executive presence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ERP project management.
• Mandatory knowledge of Workday Payroll, Studio Integration, PICOF, and PECI.
• Proven experience with Workday integrations development.
• Expertise in Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and BIRT.
• Strong technical skills in integration tools: CCB, CCW, EIB, Studio, BIRT.
• Deep expertise in designing solutions for specific industries (Financial, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Insurance).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage pre-sales and project delivery with executive presence.
