Description

You will design, build, and deploy scalable Workday integration solutions for global clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end integration lifecycles from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Build integrations using Workday EIB, Studio, CCW, PICOF, WECI, and PECI.
• Configure and manage Core HCM, Reporting, and Security within Workday.
• Utilize web services technologies including XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, and UDDI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical concepts into business solutions and manage timelines.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations.
• Strong proficiency with EIB, Studio, CCW, PICOF, WECI, and PECI.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, and UDDI.
• Proven ability to design and implement integrations, reports, and business processes.
• Basic understanding of Workday HCM processes.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, and client expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with integrations in Recruitment, Learning, or Workforce Planning domains.
• Exposure to working with third-party vendors and external systems.
