Description

You will own the design, build, and support of complex Workday integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build complex inbound/outbound integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules.
• Define end-to-end integration architecture and implement scalable data models.
• Manage and support Workday integrations and data conversions following M&A activities.
• Debug and resolve integration errors within production environments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in integrations.
• Strong expertise in Core Connector (CCB, CCW), EIB, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Extend framework, Workday Prism, and custom object design.
• Expertise in Workday Reporting (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, Custom Reports).
• Deep knowledge of Workday Security, Integration System User (ISU) configuration, and domain/policy management.
• Experience with 3rd-party system integration patterns (SFTP, middleware, APIs).
• Familiarity with Workday Launch Parameters, scheduling, and error handling best practices.
• Proficiency in Servicenow and REST APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage client interactions with technical and business teams.
