Description

You will own the configuration, integration, and support of complex Workday business processes, focusing on Payroll.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure complex Workday business processes and support integrations for Payroll.
• Perform administrative functions including tenant configuration, data loads, and reporting.
• Review business workflows to maximize system feature utilization and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Define, document, and enforce system standards while working in Sandbox environments.
• Provide end-user support, change management, and training for Workday process optimization.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of overall technology experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of Workday HCM experience.
• Solid understanding in at least three Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits).
• Deep understanding of Workday data model, corporate system architecture, interfaces, reporting, and data loading procedures.
• Knowledge of Workday business process, core setup, and security framework.
• Experience mass loading information via EIBs and testing integration inputs/outputs.
• Strong expertise in cloud-based multi-tenant systems.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Pro or Workday Certification.
• Workday Integration experience.
