Key Responsibilitie

•  :Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and PICO
•  .Build and support inbound and outbound integrations using REST/SOAP web services, XML, and XSLREST/SOAP
•  .Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solution
•  .Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production suppor
•  .Develop and maintain Workday custom reports, calculated fields, and Report-as-a-Service (RaaS
•  .Support Workday bi-annual releases, regression testing, and deployment activitie
•  .Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration design and data mapping document
•  .Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices throughout the integration lifecycl

 
Required Skil

•  :5+ years of Workday Integration experien
•  .Hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, and Workday AP
•  .Experience with REST/SOAP web services, XML, XSLT, XPath, and Workday Report Writ
•  .Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, and HR business process
•  .Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skil
•  Experience working in Agile environments is preferr
