Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations to support HR, Payroll, and Finance operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and support inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and PICO.
• Develop REST/SOAP web services, XML, and XSLT solutions for data exchange.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support.
• Create and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) outputs.
• Support bi-annual Workday releases, including regression testing and deployment activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Workday Integration experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, and Workday APIs.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP web services, XML, XSLT, XPath, and Workday Report Writer.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, and HR business processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, including integration design and data mapping documents.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile environments.
