Description

Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations to support HR and payroll ecosystems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable integrations using Workday Studio and XSLT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementation and enhancement projects.
• Debug, resolve, and document integration issues and production failures.
• Provide Level 3 production support and timely incident resolution.
• Manage tasks and change requests within Azure DevOps and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio and XSLT (2.0/3.0).
• Experience with SOAP/REST APIs and Core Connectors (PECI, WECI, PICOF).
• Strong knowledge of US and global payroll processes and data.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for complex technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, specifically incident and service operations.
• Experience with ServiceNow development.
