Description

You will manage Workday integrations and configuration within a global HR transformation or BAU environment. You own the technical delivery of HRIS solutions, ensuring system stability and data accuracy across complex stakeholder structures.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Peci, Picof, and APIs.
• Build and optimize reports using Advanced Reporting Writer skills.
• Manage Workday Studio integrations for complex data flows.
• Configure core HCM business processes and security roles.
• Document technical solutions and resolve system issues through strong problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Proficiency with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, and API integrations.
• Strong expertise in Workday Studio.
• Advanced Reporting Writer capabilities.
• Experience in HR Operations or Shared Service environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to document technical decisions and communicate with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Cross-module knowledge in Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, or Talent Management.
• Experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme.
