Description

You will design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday inbound and outbound integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production integration issues to ensure system stability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations and development processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday Integration Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Integration Developer, Soap, Rest APIs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
• Experience developing and maintaining custom Workday reports.
• Solid understanding of Workday HCM core modules.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and support Workday integrations in production.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Certification (Integration / Technical Track).
• Experience with Workday Orchestration or Workday Extend.
