Description

You design, build, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
• Gather business requirements to ensure solution efficiency and accuracy.
• Create documentation and artifacts for every phase of the development life cycle.
• Develop test cases and peer-review code for other developers.
• Educate and enforce Workday development methodologies across the team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Workday integration development, including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
• 10+ years of experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
• 10+ years of experience in Workday Financial Management or Human Resources integrations (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Procurement, etc.).
• 10+ years of experience creating Workday custom reports and calculated fields.
• Proficiency in integration technologies including Web Services, XML, SOAP, and REST.
• Proficiency in working with Java libraries.
• Strong understanding of Workday security and HCM/Financials integration.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and XSLT.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education minimum.
