Description

Build and maintain Workday integrations to connect internal and external systems. Own the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to production support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Document Transformation.
• Manage PGP/SSH keys, calculated fields, custom reports, and Web Services configurations.
• Provide production support for Workday integrations, HR applications, and SSO configurations.
• Partner with business clients to gather requirements and document technical processes.
• Execute regression testing during bi-annual Workday releases and participate in technical code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Workday Studio.
• 5+ years of experience with Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and Java.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday HCM, PeopleSoft HRMS, or SAP HCM.
• Ability to document business requirements and provide feedback on process design.
• Experience supporting Windows, Oracle, Unix, and ODI infrastructure upgrades.
