Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Workday integrations to support financial and organizational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new financial integrations within the Workday platform.
• Lead planning, design, and architecture phases for development efforts.
• Manage the full product development lifecycle, including analysis, deployment, and monitoring.
• Mentor developers and serve as the Workday Integration Subject Matter Expert.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure solution reliability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience at a Lead level.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Expertise in Calculated Fields, Business Processes, BIRT Reports, and Integration Security.
• Proficiency with SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, XSLT, and XPath.
• Experience supporting Java/OpenShift applications that exchange data with Workday.
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, Java, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Prism, Extend, and Workday Reporting.
• Knowledge of Docker, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Ansible Tower, and Splunk.
• Background in Linux environments and financial systems such as BlackLine or Treasury Settlements.
