Description

You will design, develop, and support complex Workday integrations and APIs to connect HR applications with third-party systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations and back-end solutions.
• Author technical design documents and review functional requirement documents.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, Sales Ops, Facilities, and Engineering teams to automate data synchronization.
• Perform unit testing and code reviews to ensure high-quality integration delivery.
• Manage integrations between Workday and systems including ADP, Xactly, SmartRecruiters, Active Directory, and Sailpoint.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of expert-level experience in Workday integrations and system integration development.
• Proficiency with Workday Studio, PECI, EIB, Core Connector, and PICOF.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services, SOAP, REST API, and SQL.
• Experience integrating with Payroll, Compensation, and Benefit systems.
• Ability to work with Xactly, SmartRecruiters/ATS, Active Directory, and Sailpoint.
• BS degree in CS, CE, EE, MIS, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Preferred Skills

• Current Workday Integration development certifications.
• Experience writing functional and technical design specifications.
