Description

You will design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and troubleshoot integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors with Custom Report transformations.
• Implement data transformations using XSLT (2.0/3.0) and handle fixed-width file formats with validations.
• Manage object relationships, security, and complex reporting with calculated fields in Workday HCM, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Resolve complex integration issues and coordinate with external vendors for requirement gathering.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
• Proficiency in Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, REST, XML, and XSLT.
• Strong understanding of Workday security, object relationships, and reporting.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, and Benefits integrations.
• Knowledge of Java libraries and Workday encryption techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
