Description

You will design and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, CCW, and CCB, ensuring seamless data flow between systems. You will build and optimize reports using Report Builder, Custom Reports, and XSLT, covering Advanced, Matrix, and Composite types.

You will develop integration specifications, handle field mapping, and manage system process designs for Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, and Payroll. You will implement secure web services using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and OAuth, leveraging Java and XSLT for backend logic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Workday integrations via EIB, Studio, CCW, and CCB.
• Design and deliver complex reports using Report Builder, XSLT, and BIRT.
• Define integration specifications, field mappings, and process designs.
• Implement secure web services using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Support Workday functional areas including HCM, Payroll, and Talent Management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Workday Integration tools (EIB, Studio, CCW, CCB).
• Proficiency in Web Services (REST, SOAP, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, OAuth).
• Strong experience with XML, XSLT, and XPath.
• Practical experience with Java for integration logic.
• Knowledge of Workday Reporting (Custom, Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT).
• Understanding of at least 2-3 Workday functional modules (HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Payroll).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Extend.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
