You design, develop, and deploy integrations within the Workday ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interfaces using Workday Studio, Core Connector, Web Services, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Manage inbound and outbound integration issues and provide ongoing technical support.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure functionality meets technical and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams on interface design and maintenance decisions.
• Translate business specifications into technical implementations while maintaining data quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3 years of experience in interface architecture, including Web Services and APIs.
• Proficiency with WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards.
• Strong technical experience with XML and XSLT.
• Experience with Workday implementation tools: Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
• Experience with relational database technologies, performance tuning, and data warehousing.

Preferred Skills

• Workday certification.
