Description

Lead delivery and maintenance of complex technical solutions within the Guidewire ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design configuration and integration architectures based on interface requirements.
• Create detailed design documentation for all configuration and integration tasks.
• Configure application points using Guidewire or J2EE components according to specifications.
• Perform code reviews, shake down testing, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams in Agile environments to resolve complex issues and report progress.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of recent experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Proven experience in Guidewire configuration and integration.
• Strong proficiency in Gosu, Java, and Oracle/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire versions 8 and above.
• Expertise in Java IDEs and multi-tiered web-based applications.
• Experience with Cloud implementations and upgrades.
• Knowledge of integrations including Web Services, Message Queues, and Service Bus.
• Competency with DBMS, AWS, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or HP ALM.
