Description

You will build and maintain integrations between Workday, PeopleSoft, and other enterprise systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and web services.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and error handling for inbound and outbound data flows.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform performance tuning, and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain technical documentation for all integration processes, interfaces, and workflows.
• Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing integrations for ERP, HCM, or Finance systems.
• Proficiency with Workday integration tools including EIB, Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Experience with XML and XSLT for data transformation.
• Working knowledge of web services, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft data structures and integration methods.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Experience working within higher education environments.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Workday or PeopleSoft implementations.
• Experience with middleware tools such as Informatica, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft.
• Experience supporting integrations in the public sector.
