Description

You will develop and maintain integrations within the Workday ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Orchestrations, and Workday APIs.
• Resolve integration errors, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy.
• Build Workday reports based on defined user requirements.
• Build Workday Extend applications to automate processes and improve usability.
• Support Workday releases through impact analysis, regression testing, and feature adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations (Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Web Services, APIs).
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Workday reports, calculated fields, scheduled reports, alerts, and dashboards.
• Experience building Workday Extend applications.
• Functional understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams with strong communication skills.
• Comfort acting as both a hands-on developer and a technical strategist.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
