Description

You will own the technical design, build, and support of Workday integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, build, test, deploy, and support of Workday integrations using Studio, Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
• Develop and maintain complex integrations with external systems and third-party APIs, handling error management and performance tuning.
• Build custom Workday solutions utilizing Workday Extend, including orchestration and application components.
• Create and enhance data transformation logic using XML, JSON, XSLT, and calculated fields.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across production and testing environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience (Studio, Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors).
• Demonstrated experience with Workday Extend development and orchestration flows.
• Strong proficiency in BIRT design and advanced reporting.
• Deep experience with web services (SOAP, REST) and data transformation (XML, JSON, XSLT).
• Comprehensive understanding of Workday HCM processes and data structures.
• Familiarity with Core HCM and Absence processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently through the full software lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting integrations across multiple Workday functional domains.
• Prior experience in high-complexity enterprise environments.
