Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Workday transformations using Workday Studio, Extend, Core Connectors, and EIB, including the creation of custom applications to enhance user experience
• Serve as a subject matter expert on integration architecture, development patterns, and best practices across the Workday ecosystem
• Lead technical planning, development, deployment, unit testing, and support of new and existing integrations
• Configure and optimize PECI integrations, including custom fields, mapping logic, and file formats, while resolving payroll-related data issues
• Investigate integration failures, perform root cause analysis, and communicate findings to business and technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams (People, Payroll, IT, InfoSec) and third-party vendors to define integration requirements and ensure security and compliance
• Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation, including version control, test plans, and CI/CD processes
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our Workday strategy

What we look for:

• 7+ years of experience in software or integration engineering, including deep Workday expertise
• Experience with at least one full Workday implementation
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, Extend, EIB, Core/Cloud Connectors, PECI, and Workday Web Services
• Strong skills in XML, XSLT, JavaScript, SOAP/REST APIs, SQL, and data transformation
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on inclusion, reliability, and continuous improvement
• Workday certifications as a bonus
