Description

Design, build, and maintain Workday integration solutions connecting HR, finance, and third-party systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
• Integrate Workday with payroll, benefits, finance, identity management, and external applications.
• Analyze business requirements and design scalable integration architectures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Workday integration tools.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Strong understanding of SOAP/REST APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with data mapping and transformation logic.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to create technical documentation and support testing/deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Active Workday Integration Certification.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms.
