Description

You will own the design, development, and delivery of Workday integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday Integrations based on business requirements.
• Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs covering the full integration lifecycle.
• Design and develop custom integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, and Document Transformation leveraging web service technologies.
• Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report findings to management and business leaders.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and validation of all integrations prior to production deployment.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience building Workday Integrations, including custom reports and calculated fields.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, Java, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Integration Testing, Data Architecture, JSON, and XPath.
• Understanding of Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Cloud Connectors.
• Ability to configure and maintain Workday core connectors for HCM and Payroll modules.
• Knowledge of implementing scalable and secure solutions for HR and Payroll modules.
• Experience implementing integration security, including authentication policies.
• Experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
