Description

You will design and develop Workday integrations for implementation and maintenance projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop EIBs, Workday Studio, Document Transformation, and PECI integrations.
• Write technical specifications and code for complex integration requirements.
• Conduct design discussions with clients to define integration strategies.
• Perform code reviews and manage data conversions between systems.
• Interpret technical design documents to maintain the integration landscape.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Integrations.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Strong knowledge of XSLT, XML, and Web Services API.
• Experience with Document Transformation (DT) and Calculated Fields.
• Proven ability to handle PECI integrations.
• Experience working with Core HCM, Benefits, or Payroll Connectors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with middleware such as MuleSoft or SOA.
• Exposure to HR ERP or third-party systems like Taleo, Kronos, or Cornerstone.
