Description

You will own the design and implementation of integrations between Workday HCM and FINS systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrations using Workday Studio, Workday Extend, Core Connectors, and Enterprise Interface Builder.
• Design solutions by consulting with stakeholders, mapping business processes, and collecting requirements.
• Ensure software quality and drive automation across integration pipelines.
• Collaborate effectively within an agile team environment to deliver functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of integration development experience in Workday HCM and FINS.
• Proficiency with integration technologies: SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Experience with Java (Spring) and JavaScript (Node.js, Vue.js).
• Familiarity with cloud services and container technologies (AWS and Docker).
• Knowledge of Workday RaaS, Prism, and Workday Extend.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with managed service providers and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Pro Studio certification or Workday Pro Extend certification.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC).
