Description

You build and maintain integrations within the Workday ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and business processes.
• Configure calculated fields, security groups, alerts, and notifications in Workday.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, determine root causes, and create recurrence prevention plans.
• Collaborate with the Middleware Team to integrate Workday with other systems using Web Services and RaaS API calls.
• Perform unit testing, support User Acceptance Testing, and deploy integrations to production.

Required Skills

• 7+ years building Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB.
• 7+ years developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields.
• 5+ years configuring Workday security, Core HCM business processes, alerts, and notifications.
• Proficiency with Workday SOAP API, REST API, and Import API patterns.
• Skilled in using Postman and Workday Studio for testing Web Services.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Integrations Certification.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
