Description

Design, develop, and support end-to-end Workday integrations, owning tasks from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Cloud Connect, and RaaS.
• Implement data transformation logic, error handling, and web service integrations using SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT.
• Conduct root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and iterative improvements for legacy integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to define integration strategies aligned with complex business processes.
• Participate in code reviews, system testing, and user training to ensure scalable and reliable solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Workday Integration Development experience.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle Workday Studio integrations from design to support.
• Proven experience delivering Payroll and Benefits integrations across multiple systems.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Cloud Connect, and RaaS.
• Strong command of SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT for data transformation and web services.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently, anticipating client needs and resolving integration risks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Report Writer, calculated fields, and enterprise transformation projects.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-system integration landscapes.
