Description

You will manage Workday configurations, integrations, and business processes for the Recruiting module.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure complex Workday business processes, focusing on Recruiting.
• Manage tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and reporting.
• Execute mass data loads via EIBs and test integration inputs and outputs.
• Document technology specifications and maintain change management records for audit compliance.
• Support end-users through testing, training, and issue resolution during and after launches.

Required Skills

• Workday Certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience in Workday environments.
• Deep understanding of the Workday data model, system architecture, interfaces, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Workday business processes, core setup, and security frameworks.
• Experience with Workday HCM.
• Knowledge of creating reports to audit configuration change effectiveness.
• Ability to work within Sandbox environments following established system standards.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Pro certification.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations.
• Functional knowledge of Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, or Benefits modules.
