Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver Workday integrations using Workday Studio, including end-to-end integration development and troubleshooting.
• Build and configure EIBs and Core Connectors to support business-critical data exchange and automation.
• Implement and maintain SOAP/REST web services as part of integration solutions.
• Perform XSLT mapping and transformation to ensure correct data formatting and payload structure across systems.
• Support Workday HCM and Workday Financials implementation activities, including functional and technical consulting deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into Workday integration/functional solutions, and ensure successful go-lives.
• Provide hands-on support across the integration lifecycle, including testing, validation, and production readiness.
• Work on roles such as Integration Consultant, HCM Functional/Technical Consultant, and Workday Developer based on experience and project needs.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday integrations (Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors)
• Proficiency in Workday HCM and/or Workday Financials modules
• Experience with SOAP and REST web services
• Strong knowledge of XSLT and XML transformations
• Experience in end-to-end Workday implementation and integration lifecycle
• Ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot integration solutions
• Understanding of data mapping, transformation logic, and middleware concepts
• Familiarity with Workday security and business process frameworks
• Experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Strong testing, validation, and debugging skills
• Good understanding of enterprise application integrations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
