Description

You will design, develop, and troubleshoot Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end integration solutions using Workday Studio, including SOAP/REST web services.
• Build and configure Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) and Core Connectors for data exchange.
• Perform XSLT mapping and XML transformations to ensure correct data formatting.
• Support Workday HCM and Financials implementation, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage the full integration lifecycle, including testing, validation, and production readiness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors).
• Proficiency in Workday HCM and/or Workday Financials modules.
• Strong knowledge of XSLT and XML transformations.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting SOAP and REST web services.
• Ability to design, develop, and debug complex integration solutions.
• Understanding of data mapping, middleware concepts, and Workday security frameworks.
• Strong testing, validation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in full lifecycle Workday implementation projects.
• Background in functional consulting for HCM or Financials.
