Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, Recruiting, and other modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and deliver Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Manage the full integration lifecycle: analysis, design, mapping, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations for performance and security.
• Lead integration testing cycles, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Document design specs, data flows, and support guides, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Workday integrations or HRIS integration roles.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, CCTPP, CCT, Cloud Connect, and PECI.
• Expertise in integrating using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON.
• Deep understanding of Workday business processes and data model.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting integration failures, mapping issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience ensuring compliance with SOX controls and data governance.
