Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, and Recruiting modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
• Manage the full integration lifecycle from analysis and design to testing, deployment, and support.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations for performance and security.
• Lead integration testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Document design specs, data flows, and support guides while mentoring junior developers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Workday integrations or HRIS integration roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, CCTPP, CCT, Cloud Connect, and PECI.
• Strong proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON.
• Deep understanding of Workday business processes and data model.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot integration failures, mapping issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Experience ensuring compliance with SOX controls and data governance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multiple Workday modules beyond HCM and Payroll.
• Background in mentoring and leading technical teams.
