Description

Lead the Workday integration workstream, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of integrations between Workday, PeopleSoft, and other enterprise applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the integration team, including resource allocation, progress tracking, and technical mentoring.
• Establish integration strategy, architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical integration solutions.
• Oversee issue resolution, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for all integration deliverables.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise system integration.
• 3+ years of experience leading Workday integration projects.
• Deep expertise in Workday integration technologies: EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Proficiency with Web Services and REST/SOAP APIs.
• In-depth experience with PeopleSoft data structures and integration frameworks.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring technical integration teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with higher education data and business processes.
• Workday or PeopleSoft certifications.
