Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of integrations between Workday, PeopleSoft, and other enterprise applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Workday integration team through all phases of solution delivery.
• Ensure integration solutions meet defined business and technical requirements.
• Oversee large-scale enterprise projects involving complex system integrations.
• Manage project schedules and budgets for integration initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with enterprise system integration.
• At least 3 years leading Workday integration projects.
• Deep expertise in Workday integration technologies: EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• In-depth experience with PeopleSoft data structures, integration frameworks, and data exchange methods.
• Proven track record delivering complex integration solutions in large-scale environments.
• Experience managing and mentoring technical integration teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Workday with a variety of third-party and enterprise applications.
