Description

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between internal HR applications and external third-party systems. You will own the full lifecycle of Workday integration solutions, ensuring seamless data synchronization across enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations and back-end solutions.
• Author technical design documents and produce unit-tested, code-reviewed integrations.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, Sales Ops, and Engineering teams to automate data synchronization.
• Review business and functional requirement documents to build seamless enterprise system connections.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations and system integration development.
• Proficiency with Workday Studio, PECI, and PICOF.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST APIs.
• Strong background in SQL and Web Services.
• Experience building Workday PECI integrations.
• Ability to design and develop complex APIs between HR applications and third-party systems like ADP, Xactly, or Active Directory.

Preferred Skills

• Current Workday Integration development certifications.
• Experience writing functional and technical design specifications.
